The venue is newly renovated, it offers excellent breakfast and has perfect location close to the sandy beach, and tacky shops. I greatly enjoyed attentive and competent personnel that ensures guests have a lovely stay. The double room is fantastic and has a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card. There is an a la carte restaurant on site.

The facilities were very clean, the staff very efficient and helpful. The beach was nice but when we there the weather wasn't the best for the beach; however, the pool area was protected and was perfect. The spa was also very nice. We only ate breakfast there but it was all anyone could ask for.

It was a great hotel. The garden bbq alcudia is literally 200 ft away. Location was within 5 min walking distance to playa de muro. There was a free parking nearby.

The hotel is located in a quiet spot, just a few steps from a stunning sandy beach. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a wide range of options, and the staff at the reception desk are friendly and attentive. Plus, the hotel and outdoor areas are always neat and clean.
The soundproofing of the walls in the rooms is poor, and noise from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly. The service in the restaurant is not always up to 5-star standard, with long waits for drink orders and no seating allocation.

Our experience in this hotel was brillant,the staff was very good very proffessional,when ever we need any thing thay have provided us.hotel is actually on the Beach,the Beach is very clean and sandy ,food was brillant,Every evening the hotel has arrange local singer for the entertainment we have really enjoyed there performance.on the whole I will recommand this hotel for the couple and family as well,and if I got a chance I will go back in this hotel
